Nancy’s family owns several North Country businesses, including Adirondack Energy, Mountain Mart convenience stores, Adirondack Propane, Adirondack Waste, Mo’s Pub and Grill, and, most recently, Titus Mountain. In 2014, the Monette family was voted as Business Person of the Year by the North Country Chamber of Commerce. Each year, Nancy’s fund, the Adirondack for Kids Fund, raises more than $100,000 and awards much of it to grants via programs for children across the region.
