Reg Gignoux

Reg is Principal in a private firm which has provided early-stage venture capital and counsel to small emerging companies located in the northern tier of New England and New York. He has served on the boards of more than 20 enterprises. Currently, Reg serves as an outside advisor for a Vermont based venture capital fund. Reg has also been involved with local community Planning, Design Review and Zoning Boards – two of which he was Chairman. Other Board service includes arts-oriented nonprofits in Vermont, and several land trusts in Vermont and New York. He is Treasurer of a small private foundation and Board Member and President of an Adirondack-focused land conservancy.
